IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS-IN HUMAN LIVES

 United Nations sets a specific day in a year to point out the importance of physical activities in the lives of humans. 6th of April is officially observed to realize the importance of sports for development and peace.



Any mental activity such as study and job tasks remains in the same routine then it might lead the body to collapse gradually. Various diseases attacks and cause serious trouble for humans if they found no time for doing exercise.

Hectic routines and work damages the health of humans and weakens the body to overcome and fight diseases it is necessary for humans to set a schedule for proper work-out a day.  That not only relax the body but also ease the mind because “A sound body has a sound mind”.

It is necessary for departments and institutions to arrange recreational tours for employees and students. Study institutions do arrange the tours but companies are still way behind. The pressure of work and long sitting are the main cause of physical and mental disturbance of employees. Here is a little comparison that why the labor working in factories is much stronger and healthier than the employees of companies.

SEND MONEY FROM CANADA TO INDIA

  One of my lost cousin came from Amritsar, Indian Punjab to meet me in Canada.  My family migrated to Canada at the time of war 1965.
