  Once my family was in need of money in an emergency situation. I was traveling on a ship in the Atlantic Ocean. Because I was the driver of the ship and have a permit to enter territories of different countries. I was along the beach of England and my family lives in India. Suddenly I received a call from my father to send money as soon as possible. Because the landlord demanded the rent of the house where we live and in case of non-payment he would throw our luggage outside. I cannot see my family in that situation and started searching for a way to send money home in a quick time. On the border of England, luckily security personnel saw me in the tension he looks like an Indian. He came towards me and said, “ What’s wrong with you brother”.   Every year on 15 th March World consumer rights day Is celebrated to make a perception that companies do care about their customers. Without consumers no business will grow, no one can able to sell its products or services. Customers or consumers are foremost for every organization in different ways. Remit choice is tilted towards the desire of its customers and always keen to adopt those policies which are in favor of its consumers. We believe every company should give rights to its customer and we are totally in support of it. US President John F. Kennedy in 1962 firstly addressed the rights of consumers. And in 1983 this movement was officially accepted and 15 March is officially dedicated to the rights of customers. Every company should cover all the bases and provide its products and services by analyzing the level of its customers.
