WORLD CONSUMER RIGHT DAY
Every year on 15 th March World consumer rights day Is celebrated to make a perception that companies do care about their customers. Without consumers no business will grow, no one can able to sell its products or services. Customers or consumers are foremost for every organization in different ways. Remit choice is tilted towards the desire of its customers and always keen to adopt those policies which are in favor of its consumers. We believe every company should give rights to its customer and we are totally in support of it. US President John F. Kennedy in 1962 firstly addressed the rights of consumers. And in 1983 this movement was officially accepted and 15 March is officially dedicated to the rights of customers. Every company should cover all the bases and provide its products and services by analyzing the level of its customers.
