Abstain from the use of tobacco
Someone said the truth, Tobacco is injurious to health and I
am a living example of it. I was a chain smoker a few years ago and now I am
bearing its damage. I was near to death when my lungs stop working and 70% part
of it damages due to smoking. But thanks to God I survive due to the guidance
and prescription of my doctor. I am the kind of person who does smoking every
half an hour but now I am able to stop it.
It is well known to me that anyone who starts smoking becomes
fond of it. And slowly it turns habitual and starts destroying the internal
parts of the body. As in my case, I didn’t bother about the pieces of advice of
my close ones and then found myself near death in just a few years.
If you are a habitual smoker and want to get rid of it I am
here to help you how to abstain from smoking by my doctor’s prescription and my
observations.
i) In the beginning start skipping
smoking for at least 6 hours.
ii) In case of craving for cigarettes try
to eat something or busy yourself elsewhere.
iii) Go to those places where smoking is
prohibited.
iv) Try to Light a candle or some incense
instead of cigarettes when you feel like smoking.
v) Ran outside with friends and make
yourself busy by talking about the past.
I believe that short steps today will help to cure your
craving for smoking and eventually ends it from life as I do. Because the value
of a life is very high and to stay on the heads of families is much important. I
wish all smokers to get rid of it and enjoy their lives with their families.
